Initiate Your Return
Log into your ROSEGAL account, navigate to 'My Orders', and click the 'Return Item' button to submit a ticket within 30 days of receipt.
Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the RMA form before shipping the package back to us.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 7 business days.
